Built in 1903, the Kincaid Building has long been a part of La Veta's downtown landscape. The upstairs of the building was once a dance hall, movie theatre and even a church! It has been lovingly restored into a luxury suite. This 2,000 square foot mountain getaway is fit for a king, a queen and their friends and family.

The suite is complete with a huge family room, 2 full baths, 4 bedrooms, modern kitchen and a washer and dryer. The living room is equipped with a 50 inch flat screen television with satellite and surround sound, phone and wireless internet service. The kitchen has everything you would expect to find in a full kitchen: silverware, cooking utensils, granite counter tops, a toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, shot glasses and modern appliances.

With the Grandote Golf Course only a quarter mile away and a good selection of restaurants just down stairs, this is a golfer's dream!
