Tip Top Guest Ranch has several cabins available for nightly rentals. They are rustic with no running water, but are modernized with electricity. Water is provided for cooking. They all have wood burning stoves for those chilly nights, fully functional kitchenettes with microwaves, coffee makers, and they are fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils. A central shower house is open year around.

Tip Top Guest Ranch highly enjoys supporting groups like Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, church outings, family reunions, parties, youth groups, Royal Rangers, Missionettes, and educational programs. We offer a variety of options for groups, such as camping, group rate horseback rides, Scout's horsemanship badges, and day rentals of cabins (subject to availability).

Located at the top or Rist Canyon. Take Stove Prairie Road south from Highway 14 in the Poudre Canyon. At Stove Prairie go east for about a mile.

Jeff and Cindy Anderson welcome you. 1300 West County Road 41, PO Box 176, Bellvue Colorado 80512; 970-484-1215.
